📦 Processing & Shipping

We’re a print-on-demand brand, which means all items are made to order. This helps us reduce waste and focus on quality.

Processing Time: 5–12 business days
Shipping Time (US): 7–10 business days (once shipped)
Tracking Info: You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your item is on the way!

Some orders may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

🔁 Returns & Store Credit

Because your items are custom-made, all sales are final. But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered if something’s wrong!

We happily offer store credit or a replacement if:

Your item arrives damaged or misprinted
You receive the wrong size or product
There’s a manufacturing issue

To request store credit, just email us within 7 days of delivery at camiel@gamestrissgraphics.com with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A brief description of the issue
