Pre-Order Process
Once your pre-order purchase is completed, a custom order form will be emailed directly to you. This form allows you to submit your design details such as themes, colors, text, names, or any specific elements you want included. Production begins once your form is submitted.
Modification Policy
You are allowed one (1) complimentary modification to your custom design.
Each additional modification beyond the first one will incur a $10.00 fee per modification.
Exceptions will always be made at no cost if the error is on our end.

Final Approval & Production Policy
Once your design has been approved, it will be submitted immediately to production and can no longer be modified. Please review your final proof carefully before confirming approval to ensure all details are accurate.
Your desk mat will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you require an alternate shipping address, please email info@gamestrissgraphics.com prior to giving final approval of your design.
Production and shipping typically take approximately 2 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order, as delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.
